I saw it yesterday. I squeed.
I dont think there's been an official announcement about how Agent Coulson survived being stabbed by a demigod, but I'm sure it'll be revealed.

I think the general opinion is that while originally in the Avengers he was killed, but when the TV show took off and they wanted his character it will probably be some nick fury manipulative thing where he lied about his death.
