Speaking of Greebo's UI

So I've ditched the unit frames portion of ElvUI because I want two features that come with Shadowed: range fade on boss mobs and target highlighting so I can see when I am targeting the same Mob Long Name In A Pile Of Mobs as the tank or assist.
I can't bring myself to let go of ElvUI completely though because it does a very nice job of skinning a large number of add on windows and most of the default UI with a flat/clean look instead of Blizz's rather ugly Art Draco theme. It also locks Skada or Recount or Omen into one of my chat windows which is a neat little space saver since I can click it away out of combat.
Can anyone recommend an addon or series thereof that doesn't do unit frames but which de-uglifies the Blizz windows? Added points for cool features like the skada/chat thing. Yes kgPanels can probably do it but I don't want to draw my own UI, I want someone to do it for me!
PS - Rainbow Procs is a cool little addon I just found that helps you predict when your procs are going to be off CD.
