My computer is all set up and ready to go!!! I tested out WoW, I tested out D3.
Results
D3 on highest settings runs beautifully, no choppy textures, no lag whatsoever!
WoW:
60fps on High settings
30-40fps on Ultra
Water, shadows, and texures of the ground etc. I didn't know even existed! LOL
I couldn't be happier than I am right now :D

I feel your joy. Now that I've got a non-defective video card in my new computer, everything is so beautiful. I wept a little bit. Don't judge me.

Omg I know! Everything looks so crisp and clear. I could play on Ultra at 30fps or High at 60fps. So for rp stuff I will play on Ultra, but for RBGs and Raids I'll drop to High.

I think THIS might be part of my dps problem.. I've never ever seen frame rates that high. Right now i'm logged into Orgimmar and I have 17fps. Yesterday I was running LFR and I was at 7fps. >.<

Yeah that was part of my problem too Aureliya, I was at 13fps in Org, and in LFR, I was lucky to be above 1fps. I have yet to test the dps difference in a 10-man, as my internet went screwy on saturday, but the LFR I did on friday I hit 60k on Madness of Deathwing. I was shocked as hell.

Remember too, if you have a new video card to enable DX11 in the WoW settings. It pushes the new cards far less while maintaining the same quality.
(Diablo is still DX9 and my cards run 2 - 3 degrees C hotter in Diablo than in WoW. Its a water cooled setup so 3 degrees is really noticeable :) )

Thanks I will have to check that out, I am not sure if it's automatically on that setting or not.

when i change WoW to dx11 the anti aliasing reverts to 1 from my preferred 4. I can't actually change it to anything higher than 1. from my experience so far 11 should be better but isn't

That is odd. Update video card drivers!

And to make me even more happy...if that is even possible. I got this:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004K9 ... 00_s00_i00
Hooked it up last night, and now...my latency levels are nice and steady at 44/45ms. Plugged it in, and it was good to go, now I shall have no more high latency yay!

If your framerate is isn't at LEAST a steady 40 then I do not understand how you can PvP at all...

The 44/45 is my latency, my framerate is 60 fps on high, 30 fps on ultra.

I meant Aureliya, Knithawk, preupgrade Mohan/Kailei, etc..
Every time Knithawk see's me playing WoW at my own house he always states that he could kick so much more ass if he could move well. Heh heh. I have to agree. PvP requires silky smooth framerates so that you can jump behind someone and then you get that warm fuzzy feeling and scream the sacred chant of our people at your monitor:
