Noooom. Butcher is easy enough really, we have several local ones in the various small towns.

Now *that* is an interesting sounding marinade! For shame, Ach, stealing one from Anaie and not giving this one in return?! /gasp

Now to find actual maple syrup. Fairly certain I saw the real stuff at the grocery store recently.

It's not stealing when he posts it on his Facebook for all to see (and steal! Er, not steal!)

The marinade has been slightly altered from this recipe, which we have waaaay too often. We use the hanger steak instead of ribeye and almonds instead of walnuts. It's amaaaaazing.
