Noooom. Butcher is easy enough really, we have several local ones in the various small towns.

Now to find actual maple syrup. Fairly certain I saw the real stuff at the grocery store recently.

The marinade has been slightly altered from this recipe, which we have waaaay too often. We use the hanger steak instead of ribeye and almonds instead of walnuts. It's amaaaaazing.
