I'm planning to run the Warrior Dash here in DFW, and thought some of you might be interested in either the one here or one in your area!

hah, they actually offer it up here in Vancouver, amazing - I thought this was just one more cool thing America does that we don't.

I wish you best of luck, and we shall need pictures. I'm more a weight-lifter than an endurance athlete, so I'm afraid I won't be entering!

some chubby people in there too... I know last year it sold out really quickly, and this year there are way more spots spanning two different days.

point being, I think there might be so many people at this that unless you're up front you're going to go fairly slowly.

Did I mention there's beer at the end? In canadia there might be beer & bear at the end.

I'm in fantastic shape, I just... hate running, haha :). I always (whatever I do) play to win, so if I couldn't seriously compete for first, I wouldn't enter. Damn that pride.

I think this would be pretty tough to win. you'd have to be one of the first ones at the line and probably of the day, I imagine the course gets tougher the more people get mud all over everything.

I'm just doing it for fun, and the cool viking hat!
