For guilds like ours, who run our own server through benevolent webmaster overlords, Mumble is also outstanding for that reason: free, customizable server.

I'm a bit sad that was not included in the article.

I do like that the author acknowledges the evangelism in the tone of the article.

Also, those who posted above should read up on confirmation bias. ;)
