That was a good read. We had a warrior by the name of Gaelryn on the server a while ago who boasted he had 300% avoidance - with cooldowns, of course.
However, if you really want to know "How to properly play a prot warrior" ....
save time and reroll.

you maybe should ask why the Tank dropped low HP. <- Why?
Since he did not get any heals, so basicly if tank get heals all time he won't drop low HP and there no use area for Last Stand

if damage comes in as slow as you they say it will then I do not see much use of last stand in cat... but we will see

There is no way they are not going to design at least some of the fights around CDs.

cd yes greebo.. but LS is realy not the same as most of the other stuff. it does not slow down the incoming damage or bring it back after the hit.. all it does is give you a bigger buffer so you will not be one shot..or two shot so on. they have said they want to get rid of swing like that( we will see dont know if I buy that).
also the holy paladin cool downs are the same way almost if you dont bubble.. and new shammy one. so maybe not but the change on those is that its spreads the damage around making aoe healing easyer.
