Photoshop-like Software?

I remember reading somewhere before that there's a free program out there somewhere that is a lot like PhotoShop.  Anyone know what it's called or where to get it?

GIMP

Doesn't do quite as much as photoshop but good for almost everything you would need in a nonprofessional setting.

And blame Pincus for everything, I'm pretty sure The Gimp still uses some of his old code.
