I like it! Nice editing on the Sarth death. You might want to script and cut it a little more, though - a scene that is cool but doesn't play to the script needs to be trimmed. I am thinking 90 seconds or 2 minutes tops.

Anyway, very good first draft.

Yea I thought I could put all the transitions and such in afterward but it all got off when I did. So there are few fades and neat things.

Song too epic? Need better Boss fights? More Gex?

The music fits perfectly.

The Gex /flex was nicely isolated.

I wonder if you need to download WoW Map Viewer.  You could have shots like a zoom over Org and through the walls to an in media res battle scene. And yeah, the music is spot on.

We need to get a crowd shot, overlay it with a cap of the L80ETCs doing a show and then morph them to you haranguing a crowd of us.  I like the splices of the mob deaths, but think they should be more explicit and shorter. What I mean by explicit is - when the little guy in the Iron Council falls it lacks drama - when Steelbreaker dies it is more impressive, even if it isn't the actual end of the fight.

Note: yes, I am aware of how easy it is for me to do back-seat directing. Sorry.

oh back seat directing is definatley what im looking for. The intention for the Boss deaths was def to have em come Bam, BAM, BAM, but the actual footage I had was shitty. I can tell you it is hard-mode to film while trying to competnetly raid (fortunatley I really only do one of those two things). I really just need to roll footage on more raids I think *le sigh* this thing wont be done for ages...long after all these broke up guilds have reformed under other shit like 'Death by Cupcake'

I like!  Good music.  Might want to find a shot of large-scale PvP for the opening bit, just to go with the "world at war" thing you mention before it.

You mispelled "annihilation", but then, everyone does; still, might want to fix that.  A broader font in a brighter colour would be more readable, too.  You could just use white, probably.

But I like it, the bit where the music swells as the Iron Council flies around shooting lightning is particularly cool.  And all the bosses falling over is very dramatic.

No mention of Roleplay not one bit.  Looks like a PvP server vid -  Join us ! G3T L3WT! B3 UB4!

Nicely work and great music, just sends the wrong message.  But what the fuck do I know I am not even in the game.

:)

took a glance and i only skipped around due to my having to go elsewhere soon, but the music isn't bad at all

as was said earlier a little can be shaved off without losing any punch at all

a problem i had with it was when you overlaid the red text with the black dropshadow it hurt my eyes.  that particular text always looked out of focus to me

i never run with player names but that is a personal preference and indeed no names might be bad for this video, i guess it's a touch that is up to the movie maker

very nice.  i'll watch it all the way through later tonight or tomorrow

edit:  is this free on youtube or still "unlisted"?  just curious as to if a work in progress is going to be seen widely

I felt like if I said, we rp, it would be OOC

although maybe a shot of a bunch of grim with a pinic basket drinking tea RIGHT in the middle of the creshendo with a "AND we rp"....would be neat-o

nice vid Cristok. The music fits nicely.
Some ideas that might be of use:
To add the RP flavor, what if we get some shots of guild members gathering in the crash site or the worlds end tavern or before the battles start?
Or a little intro with Syreena summoning Cristok to spread the word about The Grim
Or quick shots with a brief introduction of the harbringers (and up) and their names. Something like Greebo Twice-made: middle of a boss fight, greebo is dead, someone throws him a druid rez and he dies again shortly after.

No particular offence, but you're right, you quit.

The Roleplay aspect is shown through the dialogue(which is quite obviously more IC than not).

Might want to include some PvP stuff if you get some good sequences, Cristok.

Ohhhh...Zahak posted some good idea, too, while I was writing this.
