Either TankSpot or StratFu have good videos about how to do speedruns. This is something we need to work on for our ow runs. We should not be taking two days to clear Naxx at our gear level.

We can definitely speed up our trash pulls in a few places. We only really need one tank per trash group at this point, so while one tank is dealing with the current group, the free tank can run ahead and set up the next group. There's a few places where that doesn't work (giants after Gluth, unholy staves after Razuvious) but for the most part it might help us.
