Rank 8 grants new Relics the ability to grant a Rank Increase to a second Artifact Trait. Cost: 30000 resources

That sounds like a ton of work

I've sending them to Anaie for power leveling when the time comes... might have to send them back.

I'm annoyed I've just been using all the ones you get from the chests from world quests though. So much wasted rep!
