Damaged files?

My computer had been asleep part of the day, and I went to wake it up so I could game a little before Inquisition. Well, my Battlenet launcher told me that my game files were damaged and that to repair them to go to a battle.net website (I didn't click it before it went away). It's repairing now, but I've found other, older complaints about the same thing happening to people but with no real answer as to what happened or what else they had to do to fix it. Anyone else have this issue?

Had it a couple times. I just had to let it do its scan. Both times it took 3 scans/updates to start working and there seemed to be no reason for it to happen and no explanation as to what had to be fixed.
