This will be a guide to Wrath of the Lich King Reputations and Dailly quests, both rep and non rep.  Automatic unlocks mean there is no quest to start really doing things with them, it is just talk to the people and you get the rep.  The links on each one will lead you to rewards if any.

Horde Expedition
Notes:  This is the overall rep for most horde quests, and most of the next four also gie expedition rep.

Sholazar Basin Reputations
Note:  Next two are Sholozar Basin Reputatoins.  Just like Aldor and Scryer, If you get reputation with one the other reputation will drop.    However, unlike Aldor and Scryer, it is VRY easy to change reputations.  To unlock the one you want,
You must first kill Pitch, usually as part of the quest The Part-time Hunter, you will also need to be lvl 76 at minimum.  This will cause Tracker Gekgek who's nearby to give you the quest Playing Along.  This is the opening quest for the chain.  First, you wll serve the frenzyheart.  Then, you willl serve the Oracles.  Then, you are sent to kill Atruis the Heartless  for the quest A Hero's Burden.  This is where you pick a side.  The fight consists of 3 phases.  phase 1, the lich.  phase 2, lich goes immune, and two adds, one melee gorloc, one ranged wolvar, attack you.  You will kill one, and save the other.  Whichever add you save, gives you the quest to unlock that sides daillies, and sets your reputation to Honored.  Should you ever feel like changing sides...simply come back, kill the lich, and pick the other one to save.  Reputation will be switched, setting you at honored with your new friends.  Repeatable as mucha s you want.

Frenzyheart Tribe
Notes: A Wolvar Tribe

Dailies: Yes  You get to do Three daillies a day.  always Chicken Party, and then two quest givers have random ones available.

Argent Crusade has a daily in Zul'Darak at the Argent stand.  It sends you to talk to 4 captains and you do tasks for the 4 captains then come back to the strand to get credit.

My understanding is that each time you enter a place you get rep--heroic, 80 instance, Naxx, etc., you can wear the faction's tabard to also gain rep with them as well, right?

No.  You have to wear one of the four tabards, Argent Crusade, Knights of the Ebon Blade, Kirin Tor, or Wyrm Rest if you want rep.  no tabard, no rep.  The daily dungeon gives you a choice of 250 rep with one of those four.  If it isn't those four, then you have to do dailies for rep.

Are you sure about this?  First time I walked into a 80 dungeon I was wearing my fluff Illidari tabard and got Horde Expedition rep.

It's either/or, IIRC. No Tabard, Horde Expedition Rep. Tabard, that Factions Rep.

Its only the four rep tabards that work and the rep gains don't stop until you're 999/1000 exalted.

All you need is to be friendly with the faction. Usually only takes a quest or two...if that.

Good question. I don't know the answer but I do eventually plan to switch so we'll see!
