Legion PvP Preview

Definitely an interesting concept. The fact that they've finally worked out a way to nerf/buff PVE or PVP without affecting the other side is amazing. Took long enough!
It'll also give both player bases easier access to the other side. I don't PVP because I don't have PVP gear; I don't have PVP gear because I don't PVP (typically the character I would PVP on gets leveled later in the xpac, which puts them behind for gear). This will likely change my thoughts on jumping into events in Legion (and alter my order of character leveling).
