Apparently last Friday there was a very large 10 update, along the same lines as 8.1 was. Fixed many issues.

Friday? Who releases large system patches on a Friday? I thought MS used Patch Tuesday (2nd Tuesday of every month).

I'll take patches for 10 every single day. As of monday it's still been pissing me off.

Odd though, I patched one computer but my other says it's current already. You can't miss this recent patch, it's a multistep process that resembles the upgrade to 10 itself. I wonder if it's being sent out in waves like the upgrade was.

Maybe its like the insider fast/slow rings or something...
I know I haven't gotten a multi-step update yet so its more probable than not.

Nevermind, I got it. I had my updates set to "Deferred" and that made the big patch unavailable. Switched it off and there it was.
Also if you updated to 10 in the last 31 days it's not visible because it will delete your rollback files. They didn't want people to accidentally screw themselves over if they hated 10. It'll show up for them after 31 days pass.
