Not sure what
*Introduction of the Crusaders' Tribute! Each of the Heroic mode instances has a new tribute system that will limit players on the number of attempts they get in the Coliseum each week to present a greater challenge for the most battle-hardened heroes. Additional rewards can be earned depending on the number of attempts left in the tribute run each week when the final boss is defeated.

The way I'm reading it is that the 10-man Heroic and 25-man Heroic modes will have a mechanic soooort of like the Dire Maul Tribute runs.  Seems like a raid will only have a limited number of attempts (I would guess on each encounter) during a lock out period.  Better loot is available from the end boss if you use up fewer of those attempts to get there.

Upcoming Paladin changes

Quote from: Eyonix (Source)We have several big changes coming up for the paladin class in patch 3.2. The paladin class Q&A is still in progress, so rather than making you wait, we wanted to give you a preview of what we’re trying to do with all three paladin talent trees. We thought some of the patch notes might not make sense until you understand the design goals.

Caveats: Some of these changes are still in progress and may ultimately end up in a different form or with different numbers. We definitely want to see these changes in action on the PTR and we will iterate on them accordingly based on player testing and feedback. None of this is set in stone. Furthermore, assume that talents, glyphs or set bonuses that affect any impacted abilities will also be changed accordingly. Finally, don’t expect that every class will see this many changes. We are making far fewer changes to class mechanics overall in 3.2, but paladins in particular have some issues we feel are in need of being addressed.

Protection
Currently, we think paladin tanks are almost there and that they just need slightly better cooldowns to handle some of the tougher boss fights. Rather than add a new ability that felt like a clone of another class’s ability, we decided to buff an existing talent that was no longer cutting it. Ardent Defender has two important changes. The first is that the damage can no longer “skip overâ€

like the changes but they need one more change to be usefull. Beacon of Light need to only effect targets within 40 yards of you not the target. unless it does still not going to let us beacon whoever we want and them still get heals.

this change will make us even better tank healer(for two tanks) or we can heal some raid damage without fear of the tank diing to a other healers ninjing your heal.

keep in

ie
tank with beacon

40yards me
-
-
20 yards rangedps I can not heal becuse it meen I stop healing the tank.

but it does have the buff I almost never need in

tank with beacon

-
40yards dps

-
20 yards me.
I can heal the tank off the dps at 80 yard range for 1.5 mins

I just hope they dont lower the hps (or not by much) of HF to add the hot

Well. This is tasty:
Any dungeons that previously dropped Emblems of Heroism or Valor, such as Naxxramas or Heroic Halls of Stone, will now drop Emblems of Conquest instead. Emblems of Conquest can still be converted to Valor or Heroism.

Invisibility: Can no longer be interrupted by a hostile action or damage done during the 3 second fade time, however an invisible mage can still be stunned or silenced.

Did you happen to notice that all your MP5 items will be giving about 25% more MP5 to compensate? Whine less, enjoy your buffs more.

Hmm.  No big changes with Blood DKs although I wish they would restore DRW back to where it was at.  Frost tanking got nerfed while DW was given an interesting buff.  The Frost Strike nerf doesn't make any sense but smacks of PVP QQ.  Unholy got some nerfs which looks like more PVP QQ like the Gargoyle nerf.  The desolation skill is interesting although I wonder how that will fit in the rotation as I am pretty sure there is more then 12 seconds between the last Blood Strike and the time those runes turn back to Blood after being used for a Scourge Strike.  SS got a minor nerf too.  Unholy Blight got nerfed.

More PVP QQ nerfs.  I blame crying rogues who can now use axes and ninja them from huntards, DKs, and Shamans.

-------------

Yes I did and MP5 is not as important to paladins as Illumination.  We stack Int for more mana which gives us more spells which gives us more crits which, via illumination, gives us more mana.  So they nerf illumination and give us more MP5? No thanks.  Not a buff but a nerf.

As it's something that has been discussed at length for some time now within the community, where are we at with allowing for players to obtain experience through Player vs. Player (PvP) combat and Battlegrounds?

Cory Stockton: We plan to implement this in patch 3.2.0. We have wanted to allow players to earn experience through Battlegrounds for a long time now and it's great to be able to finally deliver this feature to players. Experience will be granted based on honor gain from actions, not kills. For example, if you capture a flag in Warsong Hold, you would gain experience, but killing a player would not grant experience.

Community Team: Given that gaining experience through PvP game play is a rather substantial addition to the World of Warcraft leveling process, there is bound to be some concern among players that enjoy staying at a particular level to participate only in specific level brackets of the Battlegrounds, otherwise known as "twinking."

Do these players still have an avenue to remain at a level of their choosing while still being able to engage in PvP combat?

Cory Stockton: Yes, players will have access to a new option that will allow them to turn off experience gain in PVP. This option also ensures that you will only be matched against other players that have set the same switch. Players can activate this option by talking to new NPCs, Behsten and Slahtz, near the Battlemasters in Orgrimmar or Stormwind. This new ability will cost 10 gold to turn on or off each time.

If these players disable the ability to gain experience, will this apply to PvE content as well?

Cory Stockton: Yes, this option will apply to PvE content as well as PvP.

To get the Tier 8 hat and chest, you would need a combined total of 116 badges. At roughly four badges per Heroic, that's just shy of 30 Heroics.

Or you can raid Naxx for 25 and 10 man for around 30 badges right there.  Then hit 25 and 10 man Ulduar for 30 more.  The vault will give you 4.  Malygos gives you 2 I think.  Sarth gives you 4 or 5 and then there is the bag.  Thats..76 or so. Then do around 10 heroics and you are good to go.

Of course you'll be burnt out and wanting to strangle people by this point but you'll have T8 2 piece.
