If I can tweak the blizzard Name frame thingy, I might be able to deal with it and not need Vuhdo or Clique and just go with the mouseover macros. I will try a few tonight later and see how the macros work if I can get the grid to be better...shall keep people posted.

Clique is really simple to setup and I would just use that instead of writing mouse-over macros. Healing UI's like Grid and VuhDo are more complex, but was totally worth it when I was healing.

I installed Clique, and it did nothing i still had to click the frames to heal, and that's annoying to me.
I do not know if I was doing something wrong, but Clique did so not work.

You still have to set it up! Open the spell book and you'll see a new tab for Clique that lets you bind spells and macros to key + mouse combinations (or whatever else).

Less work then writing mouse-over macros! It's also nice that you can exactly control the behavior of each binding.

Or just download healbot, set up your spells to your mouse buttons, click and go.

I remember when one of these threads was a requirement. My UI is almost unchanged from several years ago. Only a few new bits of data, and some shuffling around of old

So anyway, I use Vhudo and Powa (power auras) for my UI. I also have ElvUI which sets up quite nicely.
I installed ElvUI recently and have loved it ever sense. I use the plugin Shadow and Light for it which basically just adds a easy installation walk through. Simple click, then next then click then next till its done. It does all the work for you.

As far as Vhudo I would not heal with out it. I love it. No setting up macros, or worrying about clicking buttons. Every heal i do is with my mouse. Just hover over the character you want to heal and press right click, left click, middle mouse button, (also any extra mouse buttons) Shift, and or ctrl variables as well. (shift click, or ctrl click for example) easy UI to work with to set things up as well.

Powa is a.... Well it does a lot of things actually. It has a lot of functionality. I use it as a need to know type thing. I need to know when my spell is off CD and ready to go again so it pops the icon of the spell up on my screen so I know i can click that spell. It also informs me if my Chakra is missing or any other buff is gone.

Aside from other addons, (auctioneer, DBM, skada, prat (chat addon) ect) here is a scren shot of my latest UI set up. It is semi/minimalist as well. One shot solo and one shot in dungeon:

Should also note, my mouse is hovered over the tank's character bar down above my action bars. When I click one of the pop up spells it disapears until the spell is ready to be clicked again. Helps keep things rolling on CD. I never have to push my keybord buttons I just click the bars with my mouse and If i need to move i can easily use WASDQE to get around. Although if i need to use my mouse i can do that too just pop an aoe quick heal and move. Also all the extra frames like the party frame and the chat frames can be hidden and show on mouseover but I like to see that stuff constantly.

not sure what the actual addon on is, but it appears to be using the cyCircle Hello Kitty UI.

Actually that is lunarsphere Normally it looks like this:
however you can edit the skins of the buttons and, since i love Hello Kitty i used my own skin art. I am looking for a replacement but I cant find any that covers everything that lunarsphere can do.
The green bar is health, the blue mana (the colors can be changed if you want on my lock they are purple and pink)
The main sphere acts as a left, middle, and right click button as well as all the other buttons around the sphere. However this feature isn't really necessary for me.
The main sphere i set to use my hearth stone. Its nice to have a decorative hotkey but this as well isn't necessary anymore.
One sphere is a fly out for my favorite mounts (I have sense gotten OPie its close, but finding a keybinding is annoying)
one holds endless health (left click), Flask (middle mouse), and Endless mana (right click) This ability to use middle, left and right clicks for my buttons is a huge necessity for me. I loathe having more than just 2 action bars. I dont like a lot of clutter on my screen. Actually since I downloaded ElvUI i have more on my screen now than ever, But I like it.
The sphere also has an option for automated emotes for rez, mount, ect. certain times it can send a per-selected set of emotes. I have this feature turned off. Its nice for those who want to constantly RP but I tend to find it over time is repetitive and you eventually sound robotic rather than natural. I have never given much heed to auto RP addons. However if you are new and like that kind of thing then its nice to have the option.
The main feature that keeps me from removing it is the various vendor options it comes with. Aside from the common vendor trash, and repair using self or guild gold, it has a restock reagents and restock selected items option. For example I always try to carry a 20stk of mana food, a 20stk of bottles for alchemy, and a 20stk of enchant velums. You can set the sphere to automatically purchase the amount needed from vendor to make certain you always have 20 (or what ever amount you set) in your inventory. It will also draw these items from your bank to make the stack if you have them and that option is enabled.
Also one sphere upon left click will eat your best food (it auto changes upon the food in your inventory) upon right click it eats the best mana food and middle uses the best warlock health stone. Again something that allows left, middle and right clicks of an action bar could easily replace this. I probably could set this up with macros but thats something that I have little to no experience in.
The sphere just does so many things and I haven't found a replacement. If i could find a good keybind for OPie mounts, and a reagent restocker, then I could easily drop that addon as well. Ask far as the main ElvUI it was very easy to set up with the shadow and light plugin.
