How is Slagworth able to award REP on TNG? Don't you have to be an admin to do that?

The idea, as well with the guild 'RP Gamesmaster', is to more or less present Slagworth as something of a hybrid of NPC and a DM- as explained that the entire purpose of the character and the guild is to host events and promote RP.

Some don't like that, some don't mind. My guess is that people will have less of a problem as he sticks around and continues to host events. Also, it'd be worth noting that the RP Rep and RP Gamesmaster initiatives are in collaboration with Titaynia (Hostess of Blind RP and the upcoming White Elekk secret santa event) and Altherion (/rp regular who shares Slagworth's goal of boosting the profile of RP on TN).
