A transcribed letter with blood spots dripped on it

A nicely folded letter inked in clear script arrives. It bears no seal, but it has the mark of dirty fingerprints on the outside and blood spots over the words.
Dear Grim;
On pain of death I write this letter on behalf of this illiterate troll Peji. There is a trident being held to my head. She is slowing pressing it further and further into my brow if I stop writing. So I will keep writing gibberish and not write what she actually wants me to write you which sounds like outright lies.
I warn you that while I do not know much of your organisation, I do not think this reanimated troll is genuine. If you are at all a caring organisation that is out to bring peace to our great land then please do not invite this ... being... to your guild. I think she is talking about beheading some Alliance in Azshara on her way here to Bilgewater Harbor to find a -- and I quote -- "Smurt [sic] gobbo ta scrib dis." Usually I find the troll dialect amusing, but I barely can comprehend anything she is saying. That could be a problem.
So I implore you. Do not invite this crazy monster to your guild. She showed me the scalp of one of the Alliance soldiers. She put it in her pouch. She claims there is a bounty for them. I have never heard of any such bounty.
