Inquisitor,
The spirits speak of war on the horizon. This is nothing new. There are always wars. Each war is different, and may be more important to one individual than another, or easier fought by some with certain skills and abilities. I have brought a few trainees into the Grim that I thought showed promise over the last few years, but only a few have met the high bar of participation I feel makes them worthy to continue to call themselves Grim.
I have spoken to those who have not kept their promise of worthiness, and they have agreed to remove and return any tokens of The Grim that they possess, including our communicators and tabards. They all pledge their assistance if in the future their training makes them valuable to the Mandate, though I fear these are hollow words. Their hearts were in the right place, but their attention to training, and adherence to the Mandate were lacking.
The list of those who shall leave the guild tonight includes my sister priest, Tiskit'ai, the hunter Belmire, the sunwalker Bayou, and the monk, Druthers.
In their place, I ask that you allow me a new trainee, one that shows much promise. She goes by the name Wrooth, and is an orc mage with much potential, and her attitude, I feel, is more inline with what the Mandate will ask of her.
Peace through Annihilation.
Sang'jai

Sang'jai,
Have your mage friend seek out myself or any other officer for a Grim tabard.
Peace,
Syreena
