A package left in the Gallows End Tavern for The Grim

Unread post by Qarosimae »

A male blood elf arrived at the building that served as the guild hall for The Grim. He didn't stick around, only set a very large and bulky package at the door. The bundle was long, wrapped heavily in thick cloth and bound tightly with a cord. Tucked beneath the binding was a sealed note addressed to The Grim. The note inside read the following:

Grim -

Inzema let himself get too cocky and found himself caught in Stormwind. I warned him that his arrogance would be his downfall. Here is your proof. He's lucky he escaped missing only a leg. If he's caught here again, he won't be as fortunate.

One two. Two to go. Leyujin and Hokuto, you're next.

-Nika

Inside the wrapped bundle was a foot and part of the leg between the knee and the ankle, both severed.

It didn't take too long for the days gossip to make it's way to Bloodscream.

Bloodscream shrugged upon reading the news.

Bloodscream was a little disappointed with the Alliance as usual.
Inzema was a monster. Inzema was the kind of Forsaken who did things no sentient creature should ever do and he did them with glee and abandon. The idea that the loss of a limb could ever be equated even somewhat remotely with even the smallest of Inzema's vile crimes was laughable.

Bloodscream chuckled a deep menacing chuckle.

"Bloody Alliance..." He complained aloud to the host of machines that surrounded him.

"They can't even kill monsters properly..." he observed before returning to his work.

Hokuto had gotten word of Inzema's leg being dropped off to the Grim a short while after it was recieved. She laughed inwardly. This little rogue, Nika, thought she had won something just because she had gotten Inzema's leg? His leg! It wasn't even the leg he cared about most. Hokuto would enjoy beating this human into a bloody mess if she ever got close to her.

It was not exactly apparent how it happened, but at some point in time the leg and note had disappeared. Later, Inzema was seen with both legs intact and acting like this had never happened.
