A mephit shouts out to all who can hear

A smoky colored mephit flaps around the area and shouting out to all who can hear or want to with a shrill, high pitched voice.
"Hear ye Hear ye. Magister Solastan of Silvermoon wishes to join the Grim. He has grown tired of being a mercenary in Blood Moon Rising! So there you have it."
