A muffled cry and a dull thud on an outside wall.

A crumpled piece of parchment is shoved into the mouth of a goblins freshly severed head, which itself is posted to an outside wall by an iron rod. Written in what looks to be the goblins blood, below the head, is the name 'Grinnjow'. The crumpled letter holds a simple messege:
'Sorry for the loss of your guard, but I forgot to pack ink, and he was starting to make a fuss. I've heard about this Grim many times and thought I may have a closer look if I am deemed worthy by it's leaders. If that is the case I think you know how best to find me.'
A trail of blood leads from where the goblin was before his unexpected death into the darkness of the night.
