The gray box with a skull pendent

A tiny box arrived, such simple design as such a gray wrapping and a black bow with a skull that kept it all up in once piece. As the skull slid up and let the wrapping fall, the lid would be raised and inside was a small gem so carefully cradled in black paper. The gem pulsated with dark magic that could strike fear into most at first sight. Next to it was a small note that said ‘Touch me and see.’ Upon touching the stone, a vision would stare into one’s mind. Starting with what appeared a field with corpses, standing to the side was a single man. “I have served your mandate…â€
