Gulgor's Intent

Unread post by Gulgor »

Gulgor sat his mighty hide down onto the much smaller stone tablet, serving as a stool in his rented room, reaching up to slide his heavy metal helmet from his horned head. Dropping the well worn piece of armor onto the wooden table causing the aged wood to bounce from the weight. With a deep huff the large Tauren removed the scroll he had found and unravelled the document fully, setting a small stone on either end to keep it that way as he rolled out a blank scroll next to it.
Peering down at the paper he looked over the one full of writing already, "The Grim Mandate." His deep voice rumbled, eyes dragging up the wall in front of him as he took a long moment to think over his answer, the answer that could very well change the course of his own life. Grabbing a piece of charcoal, the only means he had to write anything with the large Tauren hunched forward over the blank scroll.

Found your mandate in a tavern.

Tribe shamaness says I am conflicted with anger, I disagree, I welcome it.

Tired of idly fighting centaur and pig men, unleash my rage on the alliance.

Seek new stronger enemies.

I'll find you.

Gulgor

He hovered for a long moment the nearby candle light flickering over the text as he wrapped up the scroll, tying a worn leather strap around it's width to hold it in place. Gulgor stood donning his helm and turned to leave, leaving the mandate behind. "Perhaps someone else will need it." Gulgor reasoned. Outside he stopped momentarily at the mailbox, slipping the bound scroll within. He figured if fate led him here, it would get that scroll to the people who needed it.
On his way through the dusty Orgrimmar streets Gulgor stopped to buy a large meal, eating it as he left the gate. To his next adventure, his next battle, the next place that called the wandering Tauren warrior.

Qabian nodded as he looked over the note, then sent his reply. All it said was,
Do that.
