As the day comes to an end, it is realize there is an old tattered leather scroll rolled up outside the entrance to the Hall. As this scroll is picked up, it can’t go unnoticed the dirt and blood upon it. It reeks of battle! The smell of death and anguish pouring from the scroll as you open it. Inside, you read……
The Grim –
I write this note fresh from the battleground of Arathi Basin. Defending the Defilers from the disgusting Alliance swine. I have ventured far from my native land of The Wandering Isle to join ranks with the Horde. Now I seek out The Grim. I’m Looking for an opportunity to join you ranks and help continue our mutual goal of ridding the world of filthy Alliance, and working as one to take on the forces of the Legion.
Over the years, I have traveled many roads in this great world. As for late, I find myself traveling and fighting without a Union to be loyal to. It is more and more apparent that this war cannot be won alone, and I come to you with the hopes of finding a guild of others loyal to the Horde, that are looking to conquer the beasts and beings of the world, and Crush Alliance Scum.
I am sufficient in the art of Windwalking, and I have spent countless hours developing my skills in the art of Mistweaving. Mending has become my main focus - To give life, so others can take it.
My intentions are to bring great value to this Order, and to contribute in any ways possible to help in the progression of our common goal.
My Name is Somdot, Pandaren Monk.
I look forward to hearing from your ranks.

Ruuki sat at her desk in the Office of the Inquisition, looking over the note. Just the previous night the discussion had turned to the fact that the Pandaren as a race were split on who to side with. And here was one who seemed to fervently feel as they did on the matter of the Alliance. Sometimes however, this sort of eagerness hid whatever inadequacies there may be. She set about writing the reply.
"Somdot,
It sounds as though you have witnessed firsthand the kinds of atrocities the Alliance are capable of under the guise of goodwill. That means you know what the Horde fights against, but I wonder what it is you fight for? Is it solely to crush the Alliance? To find glory on the battlefield? Or to find your true purpose in this uncertain world and follow a path that will bring you both of these and so much more...
We gather this coming Monday the 9th at 8 by the Goblin Clock in the Azurewing Repose, in Azsuna. There we shall see what paths are revealed to you.
-Ruuki the Reborn
High Inquisitor of the Grim"
She rolled the parchment, stamped it with the red wax seal of the Inquisition, then sent it off with one of the messengers. They would know how to track down this Somdot.

It is a damp evening in the sewers of Dalaran. As the night draws to an end, Somdot sits at a bar stool having an Ale with a friend. "You have been here since I first stepped foot here in Dalaran, Thuni." Somdot says. This is not the first time he has sat at this stool. Thuni is the kind Tauren lass serving drinks and meals here in the sewers. Somdot and she have spent many nights together. Speaking of life, and the changes the world is going through.
"I have found myself at a crossroad in life." Somdot says to Thuni
"What do you mean?" asks Thuni.
"I have approached and Order. An Order of Great Honor and Virtue. An Order that holds true to the way of the Horde, and does not waiver in their desire to rid the world of the alliance."
Thuni turns to fill the mug of ale.
"I have not entered the ranks of an Order for many years Friend. I have searched long and hard to find a Hall that stands for such values. -The complete destruction of the Alliance is the goal towards which we strive- Now that is what I'm talking about!"
Thuni turns back around to Somdot. "The Grim" she says.
"I have seen members of this Order in the Sewers Somdot. I have heard whispers of The Grim. What they stand for, and who they are. I try myself to not take sides in such a battle, but I respect your drive dear friend. A for a union of fellows that strive for the destruction of the Alliance....Why that sounds like a place you could call home." As the conversation continues, a messenger approaches.
"Somdot!?" says the messenger, in almost a statement rather than a question. As though he knew exactly who Somdot was.
It is clear to Thuni that this is the message Somdot has been waiting for.
"I am Somdot… And you are of The Grim."
The messenger says nothing. He reaches into a satchel and removes a parchment, hands it forward to Somdot, nods his head, and turns away.
Somdot turns to Thuni.
"I must go up to the inn to read this. I will be back."
Somdot hops off his barstool, and quickly walks upstairs.
He sits alone at the table centered in the room of the bunk area. Light only by candles, he sets the scroll on the table, and breaks the wax seal to read the note. He calmly unrolls the scroll, and reads the message. He sits back slightly in his chair, and takes a deep breath. He leans forward and removes a quill and a parchment from his bag. He writes-
Ruuki and The Grim,
I am impressed with how hastily your heralds found me, and I look forward to our meeting. I will be make my way to Azuna this Monday at 8. As far as why I fight. I fight to mend my comrades. I fight to make a difference. I fight for those that stand beside me. I just have a great passion for healing. To be honest, I can’t really explain it…
I spend a fair amount of time in the Sewers of Dalaran, should you need me before our meeting.
-Somdot
Somdot returns to the bar and says to Thuni “I have completed my response. I must get this message delivered to their Hall promptly.”
Somdot slightly bows his head to Thuni, and runs off to find his messenger.
