A common letter arrives, envelope slightly mangled and dirty. The postmark stamped on it is a few weeks old. A new, pre-stamped envelope is clipped to the back, and removing it reveals why. The tardy correspondence is sealed with wax impressed by a Royal Apothecary Society seal. Perhaps the postage-paid envelope is an attempt by the postman to soothe ire for the incompetence that led to an RAS letter getting lost in the sorting center.
The letter inside mostly escaped the harsh treatment of foot travel, dusty floors, and vermin nibbling. The script is neat and precise.

((Hey there! We're excited to have you apply to the guild, but before we can commence with the IC stuff, we need you to pop over to the Applications subforum and put in an OOC Application. You'll find the questionnaire pinned to the top of the subforum. The sooner you can get that filled out for us, the sooner we can get the ball rolling.))
Ruuki sighed and shook her head as she examined the mistreated envelope. She grumbled to herself as she tried to wipe some of the smudges and stains off.
"Blasted messengers need to take more care with their deliveries. I'll probably have to pay off the thrice damned Postmaster again to beat sense into his damned lackeys."
The note itself was short and to the point, which she appreciated. She reached for the parchment she tried to keep on hand, and penned a reply.
"Aziris,
Show yourself before the Inquisition this Monday evening at 7 by the Goblin clock. We shall see if you have what it takes to complete our trials.
