A metal box would be delivered to whomever receives the letters of intent for The Grim. Nailed to the top of the box was a folder that read "To The Grim, READ THIS BEFORE OPENING!
Inside the folder is parchment, but something is off about this parchment. Upon closer inspection one would soon realize this parchment was made from human skin.
To The Grim,
I recently found a copy of your Mandate on my last visit to Orgrimmar. Perhaps it was fate that brought it to me, or perhaps one of your members threw it at me. Either way, I was walking through the Drag when a strong wind picked up and a piece of paper flew right into my face. Curoious, I read it. I agree completely with this manifesto. The Alliance must be destroyed completely in order for the Horde to be free. They ruined my family when the Kul'Tiras pinkskins attacked the Echo Isles over a decade ago, killing my parents in front of my eyes. The humans have always persecuted trolls, never even bothering to ask us for peace. They may claim they have, but they lie. They always break their treaties with anyone they don't like whenever it suits them.
These deeds can never be forgiven. My only goal is to send the humans and anyone who sides with their "Alliance" to Bwonsamdi. I have spent years killing members of the Alliance, using their souls for my rituals to please the Loa. Using their souls to feed my power. And for vengeance, for betraying us after the Burning Legion's second invasion. This proved that as long as they hold power, they can never be trusted. Ever. The only good Azeroth is one where they know their place, which is beneath us as our slaves. Those who refuse must die. Everything the Alliance owns truly belong to the Horde. We Trolls once ruled all this world, until the Kal'Dorei and Humans came. They stole our lands and brought ruin to them. They have no true respect for the Loa, the spirits of Azeroth. They even think they can put their filthy feet on Zandalar.
I have heard that some in the Horde think your views and measures go too far. But I disagree. I think you all don't go far enough, but can with my help, a voodoo witch of the Loa who has their favor. I can help take you all far enough. I can help you make the Alliance suffer until they beg for us to kill them. But even in death, they will still suffer.
In this box you will find the shrunken head of the human who's skin this parchment belonged to. Along with a soul stone containing his soul. Do with it as you see fit, it is my gift you you. Use it for magic, experiments, or keep it as a memento. I care not, for it belonged to a human.

Indeed, inside the box was a shrunken human head and a soul stone. The shrunken head was blinking its empty eyes, and opening and closing its mouth as if gasping for air. It made no sound though.

Qabian grinned as he read the letter, then sighed as he saw what was in the box. "We really need to get those new halls in place so I can drop all these presents on Syreenna's desk," he muttered to himself, quickly closing the box and settling in to pen his reply.
((Sunday, August 26th at 6pm server, center of Razor Hill, War Mode ON. Let me know if that time doesn't work for you and we can find another one.))Kira'jul,
You sound like you already carry our Mandate within, but I do have a few questions for you. We usually meet once a week to greet the interested, but given you just missed our meeting, let's see if I can't find you sometime earlier.
How does Sunday evening at the 6th bell in Razor Hill sound?

The troll nods as she reads the letter, then sends a reply.
That is acceptable. I can understand why you would need to ask questions. I look forward to this meeting.
