*A letter of intent arrives in the mail*
I, Lazarus S. Graysong, do hereby nominate and request admittance of one Benedictus Farewright to The Grim as my minion.
He is a man of upstanding worth whom I wholeheartedly trust.
---
To whom it may concern I would be delighted to be permitted entry to The Grim as a minion under Mr. Graysong. I have heard many tales of your organization and believe it to be worthy of support.
*The letter is signed by both men.*

Re: Fareworth
Kiannis stands from his stool in the supplicants barracks. He slings his rifle over his shoulder, but leaves the majority of his gear in a heap near his quarters. Little stretch before I get back to it.. he muses internally as he strolls absently about the halls. After a short while, he finds himself in the grand common area- near one of the many notice boards strewn about the compound. Scanning the pinned notices and advertisements, he finds a fresh letter of intent- tearing it from its place and reading it over. If Graysong vouches for him, he must be worth a damn. I will have to meet this fellow sometime.. The elf ponders as he folds the letter and tucks it into his belt, before stalking off to his office proper to assign proper guild-stone attunements.
