I am Talisar Amn, trader, privateer, and loyal supporter of the Horde.  The name of your organization is on the tongues of many of late, and it so happens that I heard your mandate.

And I spake: Huzzah!  There is a set of rules I would love to follow!  I have no qualms with getting the job done not matter the means, and word of your accomplishments with your establishment is delightfully bare of weakness or hesitation.  That sounds like a place I would like very much to call home.  I would of course put in my share, my services as an alchemist and a modest discount on goods.  Just don't drink any of my 'potions' without asking me if they're really potions first.
