Overwatch: Gameplay affecting options and settings
First and foremost it's nice to have an open group. This way you dont have to ask for an invite to join and if someone in your group wants to invite someone they can. Options > Social > Open group to: Friends Options > Social > Group member can invite: On Everyone has a different button configuratio...

Overwatch Schedule Poll (no commitment)
Please vote on the poll above if you want to schedule playtime for Overwatch premades. This is a no commitment open group with no roster and no leader. First come first serve. I figure we can try setting up a time twice a week that we can expect to be available for playing. Once the ranked game mode...

Re: Overwatch Team Composition: "Get Rekt"
Offense: Tracer*, Pharah Defense: Elytra*, Mei*, Junkrat Support: Lucio* Tank: Reinhardt*, and the others depending on situation Man I've been suckin' the last few days to the point of being embarrassed in our groups =) I'll get there I always do just need to learn the maps and quit throwing myself ...

Re: Overwatch schedule (like RBGs)
Sounds like we have a quorum! I'll do aonther poll for best day and time soon. There's another thread for sharing battletags btw. Make sure to post yours there for Grim networking. I'm pretty middle of the field in terms of skill but am quickly learning. I don't really have a best character and I sw...

Overwatch schedule (like RBGs)
Quick poll to see interest for setting up a couple of days for playing Overwatch as a group. Not an official roster or anything just a set time that we know we can drop in and out of some Grim groups. If at least 2-3 are interested we'll do another poll for best days of week and times of day.

Overwatch Beta (Battletag thread)
If you're joining the Overwatch beta and want to gun with fellow Grims then shoot me an add and drop your battle tag in the thread. My battletag is Ashenfury#1134. Unfortunately there are no plans to allow private servers so this is the only way to bring Peace Through Annihilation for now. Also, nvi...

Tabletop Humble Bundle
Is anyone interested in playing one of the tabletop games offered in the Humble Bundle this week? If so I'll pick it up for some multiplayer.

Ultima Underworld
There's a Kickstarter up for a new underworld game that has been embraced by both Richard Garriot and Chris Roberts. I can't say enough for my fond memories of the original Underworld games and if you've got some spare change and the concept seems interesting then I encourage you to drop a $20 down....

Re: SimCity 2000 Free today
SimAnt was really challenging. I remember getting that and Castles from a book fair when I was a kid. Castles was a bit too challenging at that age but SimAnt was just right. Really informative too.

SimCity 2000 Free today
Origin keeps throwing free games at us because studies show that gamers with larger libraries of games connected to their accounts will value their accounts more (imagine that) so join me as a fellow victim of marketing and have a free Origin game =) I remember a family member pirating the floppies ...

Re: New Years in Phoenix
I'm not sure I'm familiar with the guy but if he's Grim he can't be too bad. If anyone see's him on point him to this thread. If all else fails I'll go to a block party in Tempe or Old Town but I would rather kick it with a Grim.

New Years in Phoenix
I'm going to be traveling for New Years. I'll be in Phoenix, Arizona on Eve and New Years Day if anyone wants to get together. I can go earlier if there's something worth doing.

Re: Wasteland 2 (Skit it!)
It's good stuff! I'm on the Torment bandwagon as well. If they do as well with it as they did with this then I'll be pleased. If you're down for crowdfunding some fantasy a lesser known but good looking game is Richard "Lord British" Garriot's upcoming game, Shroud of the Avatar. They have...

Wasteland 2 (Skit it!)
I kickstarted Wasteland 2 and didn't play a single second until full release. I'm enjoying the game a lot and I recommend it to anyone that has an itch for some old school turn based isometric RPG gaming. The atmosphere and setting will make you forget that it's not a Fallout game. One thing differe...

Wireless Keyboard
I ended up buying a cheap wireless logitech keyboard to use on my HTPC and it's a complete turd in a box. It's unsuitable for even moderate use. Does anyone game on a wireless keyboard that works 10 feet from the receiver and doesn't go through batteries? My price range is around $50 with $30 being ...
