Maybe but I wouldn't know what I wanted to play until I get a chance to see the artifacts and their talents in action (and the PTR doesn't have that).

At least on the PTR, all specs are available any time out of combat without any cost.

You can still try running it if it lets you, but it might not work well due to the older gpu.
