but you have to think, what are we teaching these kids?!  i mean the very first time they go back in time they will just walk up to the dino's and say "Cool..." then get eaten.  that kid that ran had the right idea

either, he has a little command console in there or a guy hidden in the crowd is working the jaws and the body lean i think.  an external operator would mean that the dino would have the best reactions to external stimuli
