Re: World of Darkness MMO

Hmm. That might be an idea, Aur. If they already have a setup that would save us tons of time on getting things going. Also, I'd kinda like to play more than just be ST. I don't mind ST-ing, but it's not the same. The only downside is that I have no clue what those people running it might be like. S...

Re: Groundwork for Vampire Grim RPG

Update So far, Wednesday is looking to be really good for people. I know Tekk and I don't have much going on that day, also Bart mentioned that'd be a good day for him. The days I normally have free the most are Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. These are days I'm not doing Pvp or LFR/Raid stuff wit...

-------------------------------- Tools -------------------------------- MapTool (and stuff) I'm poking around right now at the MapTool that Anaie suggested [ http://www.rptools.net/index.php?page=maptool-faq ] It is making my head hurt, but at least it isn't as complicated as trying some of the appr...

Groundwork for Vampire Grim RPG

A bunch of people expressed interest in the idea of starting up a Vampire the Masquerade game with Grim Members. I'm really excited about the idea, as are others ( https://thegrim.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=6521 ) - so I'm going to work on getting preliminary work out of the way to see if we...

Re: World of Darkness MMO

Checking that out now. The downside I can see thusfar is they only have plugin stuff for new world of darkness (nWOD). For old world (oWOD), it's possible we'd have to make that ourselves. The two versions are pretty different on several things. Not sure how difficult it'd be to make that - but I'm ...

Re: World of Darkness MMO

Well, at the moment, I have the time, resources, and experience to do some Storytelling - but it might cut into some other responsibilities of mine. Particularly when Diablo 3 comes out, as I'm planning to use D3 to finance my WoW account, so I'll be playing that a bunch. Also - if I finally find a ...

Re: World of Darkness MMO

Not Requiem. Never Requiem. No sir... I don't like it. Also, have more books - all of them in fact - I just forgot I didn't have some like the Toreador book on my computer at the moment. I have all of them in a huge CD Binder to sort through. I bet at least someone is going to want that one (Toreado...

Re: World of Darkness MMO

I can easily picture that. Princes are the best! None more deserving of being taken down a peg with a popup book. Well... except maybe a stuffy Tremere. They look so hard for the message and pattern, but never want it when they get it. Ahhhh... all those times painting summerian text graffiti along ...

Re: World of Darkness MMO

It makes me happy that CCP is still working on this even after the big layoff it had. I was afraid the whole thing got axed. Still, I wonder how they'll implement a huge variety of things - from Malkavian pranking (a particular interest of mine, as it is so integral to their nature) to Nosferatu def...

The Eyeless

(IC) What name or title do you go by? "In life, my name was unimportant compared to my duties. Now, I am better known simply as the 'Eyeless'." (IC) What is your gender and race? "I am Forsaken. Beyond that, should my gender be of any importance at this point?" (IC) What is your...

A Non-Descript Letter with 'Inquisitor' Written on it

< This missive is very plain and the only address written on it is 'Inquisitor'. Both envelope and paper are the simplest available, making it difficult to trace the origin of. The writing, however, is in such an elegant yet simple script that were it not for the unusual flourish at the end of 'Inq...

This is fascinating as hell! http://wow.joystiq.com/2012/03/04/know-your-lore-tfh-edition-the-naaru-are-a-menace-that-must-be/ I love KYL articles on WoW Insider - but this one I swear I could've written. For a long time I'd had ideas like this - been suspicious of the Naaru. Looks like I'm not the ...

A Gift-Wrapped Humanoid Corpse with a Postcard

< The package is small and light, about child sized. In fact, it's disturbingly child shaped as well. It is wrapped head to toe in several layers of mismatched festive paper in bright colors. Pinned to the back with a rusty dagger is a... postcard? > http://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/u452/Beetleg...
