Grim Views

I have heard that some of The Grim are running Black Wing Lair for the new pets. I am interested in acquiring the Tier 2 Shaman armor set (for future transmog and RP use) and would like to know when these groups are going in, to see if I can tag along.

I would appreciate it if anyone could point me to a good source for Tauren and or Shaman RP. I can glean some information from Wowwiki and the like, however I do not feel that I have a full understanding of the background of either group.
